Consult the Dragon – Gain that dragon’s unique buff for 10 turns costs 2,000 gold.
Just head to the marker and a dilemma will give you the following choices: In Prince Imrik’s campaign, you’ll encounter your first dragon after 10 turns have elapsed (and every 15 turns thereafter).
